A quick mini scone

A quick recipe from the Sunbeam cookbook – Mini Scones- so easy
3 cups SR flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup of cream
1 cup of lemonade

Preheat oven to 190, mix all ingredients together with your Sunbeam Food Processor. Press dough out on a floured board to 2cm thickness. Cut our scones, place on tray just touching. Brush tops with milk and bake for about 12 mins- remove and allow to cool. Yum
